Weigh-In 1/8/2017

Today’s weight was 167.8, which means I have lost 5.2 pounds in this first week of the six-week-plan. During my days of calorie counting I was happy if I lost one pound in a week — so this number seems amazing, especially since I basically spent the whole week stuffing myself with food.

So far so good — let’s see what the next week will bring!
