I was at home today so no picture of food in little boxes ready to take to work.
My menu:
Breakfast: Italian soup (I often eat normal food for breakfast), pear
Lunch: giant salad of romaine lettuce and spring mix with oranges, radishes, grated carrots, peas, purple cabbage, red onion, and asian soy-ginger dressing; also some hazelnuts
Mid afternoon: 2 cups of Skinny Pop popcorn
Supper: Creamy Mushroom Soup, Prince Edwards Medley (a frozen veggie mix of green beans, yellow string beans and carrots), blackberries
