Weigh-in 1/15/2017

Today’s weight was 164.8 which means I have lost three pounds this past week. Again this is amazing because all I have done for the past week is stuff myself with fruits and vegetables and beans. This means I have lost 8.2 pounds so far.

Dr. Fuhrman promotes something on his website called “10 in 20: Dr. Fuhrman’s Lose 10 Pounds in 20 Days Detox Program – Digital” which I think is just instructions on how to do the six-week plan except for three weeks. To me it sounds very gimmicky and I would probably never buy something like that — but I am sure there are a lot of people this would appeal to and anything that gets people to try this lifestyle is a good thing.  I’m sure that once they try it some people will then decide to stick with it after those 20 days.

If I loose 1.8 pounds this next week I will have lost “10 in 21”.

  1. Congratulations on your excellent success. When I first heard about Dr. Fuhrman, I was skeptical. I thought this was just another weird fad thing that normal people would not do. I am learning that it is for real. it works. It is the best way to lose weight and feel great. (What a cliche, but it is true!)


  2. I saw your weight on your blog post. Excellent! I weighed at 155.2, which is exactly 9 pounds since we started, so was are almost the same. More later.
