Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal 

I’ve tried different ratios and this is the one I like. It is amazing to me how far 1/4 cup of oats can go! The apple gives it sweetness without added sugar, especially when your taste buds have adapted to not eating things with lots of sugar. I think a dash of vanilla would also be great in this but I didn’t have any on hand.

Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients:

1 apple, chopped
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 TBS flaxseed meal
1 dash ground cinnamon
1 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
