I’m on my way to Costa Rica for vacation and just had to write about this salad I got at the Atlanta Airport. The airport is mostly a wasteland of fast food, but there was one bright spot on the E Concourse — Nature’s Table Bistro.
They had several veggie salads and wraps, including this delicious “Super Foods Vegan Salad.” It had kale, brussels sprouts, red cabbage, red onion, dried cranberries, carrots and chick peas in a sweet dressing. It really hit the spot!
Finds like this are rare but very appreciated when you are “traveling while nutritarian.”
