Yes, two posts today.
I did not have the courage to weigh myself yesterday, but this morning I went for it — 162.4. So that will be the starting weight of my 21-day challenge. I blame most of the weight creep on my vacation in Costa Rica. Although it is lovely that they serve “pinto mixto” (a mixture of black beans and rice) at every meal, it was usually more rice than beans, and white rice at that. And the fresh pico di gallo became less healthy when scooped up with tortilla chips!
My challenges during this 21 days will be my work travel days (first one is tomorrow) and hosting Easter Dinner for friends. But I’m going to stick with the plan throughout!
