Today’s Menu 5/10/2017

My salad has a bit of an Italian theme with tomato, cucumber, parsley, red onion and a sprinkle of oregano. I have some low cal Italian dressing to go with it that is also very low fat. It is important to eat some fat when you eat greens but mine will come from the tablespoon of flax meal that is hidden in the salad. Walnuts, chickpeas, and an assortment of fruit and veggie snacks will round out my day.
